LOOM has its origins in the real estate industry, with ownership across competing real estate brands, and mortgage originators, with one vision:

Data is at the center of the LOOM services; we are shifting the needle how data is used through collaborative data sharing of listing- and confirmed sales data enabling us to provide real-time property data and insights creating leading and predictive indicators down to neighbourhood levels and using leading indicators for better property value estimates.
