LOOM's comprehensive data services include the ability to use our connected services allowing you a central point of integration.
Client Contact Details: Matching a client's details against bureau data with a probability score tied to the contact details enables a quick and easy way to get in touch with a client.
DEEDS: Matching the Title Deed to a property and linking it to any bonds registered allows for a quick equity discussion linked to confirmation of historic transactions.
CIPC Search: Have properties owned by a company? LOOM's CIPC search enables you to view the associated ownership (directors) and using the Client Contact search to easily find the correct contact details.
DOTS Search: Deeds Office Tracking System Search allows for the tracking of a current transaction at the Deeds Office.

Security
We take security very seriously! Our data is stored and encrypted at REST and transit and our cloud storage are POPIA and GDPR compliant. Security is built on Microsoft Azure Active Directory services using B2B and B2C authorisation and authentication. This also allow us to integrate and authenticate to our clients.
